5 Tips To Burn Fat Fast And Safely
n this article I'm going to touch on 5 common sense, easy tips to help you burn fat fast, which in turn will help you lose weight. But I've got to warn you, these tips and strategies alone are not a magic pill that will cut pounds off your body. To do that you need a holistic approach of healthy eating and exercise.
Here are some tips that I've found to be helpful to live a healthier lifestyle and to keep my weight under control.
Tip Number 1 - Regular meals: Starving is not beneficial in a diet. Try to eat at fixed and regular times. Do not go to bed straight after a meal; eat a few hours before retiring. Don't leave your meals until you feel hunger, if you eat before hunger sets in you will eat less and your body will still be satisfied and helps to burn fat.
Tip Number 2 - break bad habits: If you have a habit of scoffing chocolates after your meal or as a snack, stop. Make them a luxury and an occasional treat, not a regular routine. Chocolates shouldn't really be part of your diet at all, your body DOESN'T need chocolate, so don't over do it, if you do have some. Make it a luxury you look forward to, maybe once a week to keep yourself sane and to reward yourself for your hard work during the rest of the week.
Tip Number 3 - If you are going into a commercial gym, make sure that you are familiar with all the machines. Do NOT be embarrassed to ask someone on the gym staff a question or two. Believe me, it is a lot less embarrassing than having them call an ambulance because you used the machine wrong and injured yourself!
Tip Number 4 - Don't drink alcohol. This is a tough one for many people. But the simple fact of the matter is that alcohol is not good for you and has a very high calorie content. Not only is alcohol very fattening, it also lowers you inhibitions, and the diet that you've stuck to so well, will disappear into thin air after a few drinks, and the kebab or pizza shop/takeaway will start calling you.
Tip Number 5 - Continue with your weight training program
This is a mistake many people make, focusing too much on cardio to burn fat and not training with weights as much anymore. I HIGHLY do not recommend doing this. Please continue with your regular weight training program at least 3 days a week and no more then 5 days a week. This is a HUGE factor in helping you maintain your muscle mass. If there is no stimulation of those muscle your muscles will simply waste away.
Follow these tips and you are on the right way to burn fat fast.
