You're about to get married, that's big news and everyone is happy for you. You are feeling great about yourself and about the coming wedding. Except for one thing...with all the stress of marital planning you've gained a couple extra pounds, now you're three weeks away from wedding the man of your dreams and you can't fit in the dress. Sounds like a nightmare, and for some people it most definitely is.
However, there are some great ways for you to lose weight before you wedding and I would like to advice you to implement these simple tips in your daily routine in order to achieve quick wedding weight loss:
Eliminate junk foods from your menu. You can do this! Everybody loves bad foods, but if you feel bad about cutting them down, promise yourself to avoid them just until your wedding. This is not as hard as it seems, and maybe even after your wedding you will get used to a healthier food and will not even want to look at junk food!
Eat low fat foods. When trying to lose weight, this is the easiest way to shed a few pounds and should not be taken lightly. Cut butter, margarine, mayonnaise or any other fatty substance out of your diet.
Walk, Jog, or simply Move About
Nothing makes your effort to lose fat faster than just moving about. Exercise is the key to lose fat and you don't really have to put in too much effort to do so. Simply doing the things you love to do like walking the dog or cleaning the house will do. However, if you want to look your best during your wedding then you can double your efforts so you end up losing weight before a wedding.
Find a good weight loss program
Find a weight loss program...it's easier when all the leg work is done for you...and make sure it's right for you. Not all programs will work for all people, and finding one that works for you is a step in the right direction. No one wants to try to lose weight if they don't like the program.
These steps are so simple it might be hard to believe they help - but they really do! If you feel really bad following them - just try to do this on those last weeks before the wedding - and you will be glad with the results!
